A different question
about implant architecture
We are not building another implant system. We are developing the architecture around it.
Anchortical Ltd.
Founded 2026 · Haifa, Israel · Patent Pending
Anchortical is an early-stage dental med-tech company with filed intellectual property and a structured engineering validation pipeline. Our work is organized around a single architectural question: what if the implant was never the only thing that needed to be engineered?
Standard implants work extremely well when anatomy and conditions allow. Complex reconstruction exists for the most demanding cases. But between those two worlds lies a clinical middle zone — where outcomes depend not only on the implant itself, but on the support architecture around it.
That space is where we work.
This is a design thesis being validated through engineering. It is not a clinical claim.
Dr. Eldad Ben Elazar, DMD
Eldad Ben Elazar is a practicing implantologist and the founder of Anchortical. He brings over two decades of clinical experience in implant dentistry, with a particular interest in cases where standard protocols meet their boundaries.
The questions behind Anchortical grow out of a family connection to the field. Eldad's father, Dr. David Ben Elazar, practiced implant dentistry from its earliest years in Israel and had direct professional contact with Prof. Per-Ingvar Brånemark and Prof. Leonard Linkow. That proximity to the origin of modern implantology shaped both the curiosity and the engineering discipline that guide Anchortical today.
Eldad divides his time between clinical practice and Anchortical's IP development and engineering validation work.
Patent-first. Engineering-disciplined.
Anchortical's path is deliberate. We lead with intellectual property, validate through engineering, and advance only when the evidence supports it.
We are not claiming better outcomes. We are showing a different decision architecture — one that treats the implant as the pillar, and asks what can be built around it.
CORE™ is the current lead platform within Anchortical's broader long-term company vision. It proposes a new category of support — enhancing your current implant system, not replacing it.
Anchortical's concepts are in active development. Nothing described here is available for clinical use. All claims are design-level, not clinical.
